Printing a Customer Ordering Profile

Once you have entered the required information needed to generate a Customer Ordering Profile as directed in Using Customer Ordering Profile report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The report prints the following information:

• Customer Ship-to – The customer ID code, customer name, customer ship-to address, Phone 1, and terms
• GRP – The item group code.
• Item-Notes – The item name and last used order line text description
• Last Sale – The date of the last sale.
• Last Quantity UN – The last quantity shipped, in pounds and unit of measure of LB
• Last Price UN – The last price of the item and the invoicing unit of measure
• Price UN – The current base selling price, as entered in Set Selling Prices, of the item and unit of measure.
